Built for contract catering at central kitchen scale

One production date
Every team reads from it

Mise is the ERP and POS for caterers who commit a menu weeks ahead, cook it once in bulk, split it across hospitals and offices, and bill it monthly. Sales, kitchen, procurement, drivers and finance work from the same date.

9,000

meals a day, sized for a 12,000 peak

31

20

Why restaurant software breaks here

A restaurant sells a fixed menu to whoever walks in. You commit weeks ahead, cook once, split it across sites and bill it monthly.

The planning unit is a production date, not a table. Every screen in Mise hangs off a date and a site, so the number sales promised is the number the kitchen cooks, the vans carry and finance bills.

Cost is computed once, in the recipe engine, and read everywhere.

Every state change is an event. A confirmed quote reaches the kitchen without anyone re-keying it.

Edge clients degrade, they do not stop. The tablet, the driver app and the till keep working offline for a full service day.

Ten modules, one date

Everything between the inquiry and the invoice

Each module is one stage of the chain or a resource that feeds it. Nothing is bolted on from restaurant software.

Offline by design

The link drops at 05:40. Breakfast still leaves at 06:30.

Section tablets, the driver app and the hospital till hold the day's data on the device, queue every tap, and reconcile when the network returns. Conflicts resolve in favour of the record closest to the physical event.

  • A full service day without a connection
  • Label scans give dispatch and receipt their timestamps for free
  • Offline entitlement spend is capped so exposure is bounded

Purpose-built, not adapted

The parts nobody else ships

Recipe digitisation with AI

Paste a chef's notes or photograph a handwritten card. Mise drafts the structured recipe, matches ingredients to your item master and costs it. Chefs approve, the change log keeps who changed what.

Counts confirmed on WhatsApp

At 16:00 every site supervisor gets tomorrow's headcount. They reply with a number. The order updates, the schedule recalculates, procurement adjusts. No phone calls.

Complaint to supplier lot in under a minute

Every container label traces back through the batch to the goods receipt and the supplier's lot number. Forward from a lot to every site it reached. Backward from a complaint to the lot.

Drivers and chefs work in their language

English, Arabic with right-to-left layout, Hindi and Malayalam across the kitchen tablet, the driver app and the till. Hijri dates beside Gregorian.

Built for the UAE

VAT at 5% with bilingual tax invoices, e-invoicing readiness for Peppol PINT AE, data hosted in the UAE for production, aligned with Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021.

Written against a real RFI

24 of 24 mandatory requirements, natively

Every numbered requirement in a hospital group's catering RFI maps to a screen you can open today. No mandatory item needs custom development. The traceability matrix ships with the platform.

Commercials

Priced on the size of your operation

We do not publish a number, because a kitchen doing 3,000 meals from one site and a group doing 12,000 across twenty are not the same purchase. Three things set the figure, and we will walk through all three with you before anything is written down.

1

Volume

Meals a day, not seats

Everyone who touches a meal gets a login: chefs, drivers, storekeepers, site supervisors. You are never charged for putting another person on the system, because that is how the food gets made. The licence follows the meals leaving the kitchen.

  • Counted on your steady state, not your peak
  • One kitchen or several
  • Seasonal swings do not re-band you mid-year
2

Reach

Sites, counters and vehicles

A single central kitchen serving four hospital cafeterias is a different operation from one feeding twenty corporate canteens. Delivery points, till counters and the fleet on the road set the size of the deployment.

  • Client sites and stores served
  • Point of sale counters and terminals
  • Vehicles on the dispatch board
3

Scope

What you switch on, and when

Most operations start with recipes, costing and the production schedule, then add procurement, logistics, people and the till in phases. Implementation, data migration and training are quoted once, against the phases you choose.

  • Modules in phase one against later phases
  • Recipe and supplier data migration
  • Training, hypercare and the support tier

Included at every size

Nothing important sits behind a higher tier

The quote covers the platform and the work to get you live. Payment is staged against the phases, so you pay as each one goes live rather than in advance.

Ask for a proposal
  • Every module in the phases you choose, with no per-seat licence
  • Unlimited users across the kitchen, the road and the sites
  • Offline kitchen tablet, driver app and point of sale
  • English, Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam
  • Documented REST API, webhooks and accounting connectors
  • Data hosted in the UAE, with backup and disaster recovery
  • Monthly releases, and security patches as needed
  • Your data exported in full if you ever leave
